About Me

> System identity loaded

I'm a Computer Science student in the College of Engineering at the University of Notre Dame with a strong interest in software engineering, quantitative finance, machine learning, and applied data systems. I enjoy building systems that sit at the intersection of code, decision making, and real world impact, from algorithmic trading engines to robotics and data driven web applications.

My technical background spans Python, C and C++, and MATLAB, with hands on experience in backend development, data analysis, automation, and visualization. I've worked on projects involving algorithmic trading strategies, multi agent systems, robotic control, and full stack applications, often focusing on performance, clarity, and real time decision logic. I'm especially interested in how software can model uncertainty, optimize outcomes, and scale intelligently, including through machine learning driven approaches.

Beyond coursework, I've participated in competitive and applied environments that emphasize collaboration and execution under constraints. In Notre Dame DELTA's Algorithmic Trading Competition, my team designed fully automated trading strategies, including mean reversion and ETF arbitrage, operating in a live simulated market with transaction costs and risk limits.

Growing up in a close knit Brazilian immigrant family instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and resilience. I'm driven by a desire to build skills that not only challenge me intellectually, but also position me to support my family and contribute meaningfully to the communities I'm part of.

I'm currently seeking opportunities where I can continue to grow as a software engineer or quantitative developer, working on problems that require rigor, creativity, and ethical responsibility.
